Inclement Weather Policy

Gather in the Garden is an outdoor experience, and Mother Nature gets the final say.

Our garden space is designed to welcome guests in a variety of weather conditions, and we have a large canopy available for light rain. However, the safety and comfort of our guests, instructors, special guests, and staff will always come first.

In the event of heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions, Saffelle Cattle Co., reserves the right to cancel an event.

Because Gather in the Garden often includes local instructors, artisans, herbalists, and other special guests, rescheduling an event is not always practical. If an event must be cancelled due to inclement weather, we will issue a refund of your event ticket rather than reschedule the gathering.

Weather-related cancellation decisions will be made as close to the event as reasonably possible, based on the forecast and current conditions. If a cancellation occurs, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at registration.

Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed, in addition to any processing time required by your personal bank or financial institution.
